Manchester United to sign Chelsea Midfielder Andrey Santos 50 million

Say, United go first pay £48 million, while another £2 million go come later if e meet some conditions. Chelsea also go collect 10 percent if Manchester United sell Santos in future. Santos don get permission to do his medical before the transfer complete
