NNPC don reduce pump price of petrol (PMS) for dia retail outlets for Lagos and Abuja. Survey on Thursday show say petrol don drop to N900 per litre for Lagos and N940 per litre for Abuja. Di new price mean say Lagos price don drop N10 from N910, while Abuja drop N5 from N945. Di price cut follow three weeks after Dangote Petroleum Refinery reduce ex-gantry petrol price to N828 per litre, wey still dey influence petrol market price across Nigeria.

Earlier, on November 13, NMDPRA announce say proposed 15% ad-valorem duty on imported petrol and diesel no go happen again. Di authority talk, “Implementation of di 15% ad-valorem import duty on imported Premium Motor Spirit and Diesel is no longer in view.” President Bola Tinubu first approve di duty on October 21, before regulators confirm di reversal.
