Dem also recommend make fraudulent results cancel, ban offenders for one to three years, prosecute dem and their partners, and create Central Sanctions Registry wey schools and employers fit check. For prevention, committee call make correction processes digitize, improve disability verification, tighten mobile-first platforms, and ban bulk school-led registration. Dem also want legal changes in JAMB Act and Examination Malpractice Act to cover biometric and digital cheating, plus create Legal Unit for JAMB. Committee stress cultural change, want nationwide Integrity First campaign, add ethics for school curriculum and hold parents responsible if dem help cheating. For offenders under 18, dem recommend counselling and supervised re-registration under Child Rights Act instead of punishment.
