HabariPay complaint bring am to court after dem discover say system glitch don make over N900m vanish without permission, and Ofielu na one of the people wey chop part of am.

During di trial, EFCC prosecutor talk say Ofielu break law under Section 280 and 287 of Lagos Criminal Law 2015, but hin lawyer plead say na first time, and say e don start refund money. Judge Oshodi give am option to pay N1.5m fine or do one and half year jail from October 20, 2025.
