So, for fairness, dem gatz give am opportunity to enter defence. Kanu dey face seven-count charge from DSS, wey relate to alleged involvement for terrorism activities.
Court Order NMA to Check Kanu Health
Meanwhile, the court don order make the President of the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) set up medical team of between 8 to 10 people to check whether Nnamdi Kanu fit still continue trial or not, based on the health problem wey e talk say e dey face. Justice Omotosho give the order after Kanu apply make dem transfer am go private ward for National Hospital for urgent medical treatment, say the illness wey dey worry am fit threaten him life. The judge say the NMA medical team go check whether the health condition wey Kanu talk dey serious enough to stop the trial from going on.
