Federal Gornment, through Office of di Attorney-General of di Federation (AGF), say dem don file 13-count charge for Abuja Federal High Court against six people, accusing dem of planning to wage war against Naija and carry out terrorism.

Say di charge, na Director of Public Prosecutions, Rotimi Oyedepo (SAN), sign am.

Di accused na retired Major General Mohammed Gana, retired Naval Captain Erasmus Victor, Inspector Ahmed Ibrahim, Zekeri Umoru, Bukar Goni, and Abdulkadir Sani.

Prosecution tuk say dem go appear for court on Wednesday, April 22 before Justice Joyce Abdulmalik, while former Minister of State for Petroleum, Timipre Sylva, sti dey at run as dem also list am for di case.

Federal Gornment side sti allege say di offences include treason, terrorism, failure to report security intelligence, and money laundering wey connect to terrorism financing.
