NPA Set Up Task Force To Fight Port Traffic For Lagos

Di Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) don launch join bodi task force to tackle di traffic for Lagos port access roads.

NPA tok say dem take dis step after Managing Director, Dr. Abubakar Dantsoho, hold meeting with security agencies, truck operators, freight forwarders and Lagos State Government officials to find lasting solution to di problem.

According to NPA General Manager for Corporate and Strategic Communications, Ikechukwu Onyemekara, illegal checkpoints, double work by some security agencies and other operational problems na dey cause di congestion.

E say di task force go work together to remove di jogolos and make cargo move freely in and out of di nation seaports.
