Gbajabiamila Drag Man Go Court, Demand N15bn Over Alleged False Bribe Claim

Chief of Staff to President Bola Tinubu, Femi Gbajabiamila, on Thursday sue Prince Adeniyi Adeyemi Matthew for N15 billion, saying di man spread false story say e demand 48 percent kickback from N27.3 billion government grant.

Gbajabiamila tell FCT High Court for Abuja say di allegation no be true and don spoil im name and reputation.

E dey ask di court to order di defendant to pay N15 billion in damages, N200 million for legal expenses, and publish apology and withdraw di allegation for five national newspapers.

Di Chief of Staff also want di court to order say di apology must stay for all di social media pages and online platforms wey carry di allegation for 30 days.
