Appeal Court for Abuja on Thursday cancel di earlier court judgment wey stop INEC election timetable for 2027, saying di commission get right to fix dia election plans.
Di judges agree say INEC do di correct thing when e release di timetable, and say di earlier court no follow di law well.
Di court also tok say all di dates wey INEC fix for di 2027 elections follow di Electoral Act, so dem remain valid.
Di judgment mean say INEC fit continue all preparations for di 2027 general elections without any legal problem.
