Di Federal High Court (FHC) for Abuja, on Monday, don ban di Kabiru Turaki-led PDP leaders from enter di party national secretariat.
Justice Joyce Abdulmalik, wey deliver di judgment, tuk say like dis now di Wike-led faction of di party go get protection from police, DSS, and other security agents while dem dey access di secretariat.
She also say di convention wey Turaki faction hold for Ibadan on Nov 15-16, 2025, and di election wey dem conduct na null because e break di Nigerian Constitution and PDP constitution.
Di judge explain say di attempt to expel Wike and him allies na disrespect to court order and na why court dey try protect Wike faction.
