FCC don take Chinwendu Ohanebo go court for Lagos over alleged N42.3 million fraud.
She appear before Lagos State High Court, Ikeja, on Wednesday on charges of collecting money by false and stealing.
EFCC accuse am of collecting di money from Musa Jidda in 2025 to supply 45 litre of PMS at N941 per litre.
Di commission allege say Ohanebo later convert di money to her personal use.
