For di meeting, di permanent secetary of di ministry Engr. Abdulhafis Gbolahan Toriola call on Konfam FM make e join hand with government to educate Lagos residents on housing matters wey concern everybody.

One of di biggest concerns wey dem raise na di plenty abandoned buildings wey scatter across Lagos.
According to Gbolahon, many of those houses no suppose remain ghost buildings. Dem say if owners fit complete di projects, thousands of new homes go join di housing market and more families go get better place to live.

Dem also remind residents say, “one finger no fit pack stone.” So therefore Government alone no fit solve Lagos housing challenge because di population dey increase every day. Na why dem say everybody property owners, developers, landlords, tenants and even di media get role to play.
Di ministry still use di opportunity remind Lagosians say if landlord, tenant or estate agent dey cheat anybody, make dem no keep quiet. Dem fit report di matter to di Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority, LASRERA, wey government set up to handle complaints and regulate real estate activities for di state.
