Lagos Begin Eye Test for Drivers to Manage Road Askident

Lagos State Gornment like dis don begin eye testing and other health check for commercial drivers under one programme dem call Drivers’ Care Initiative, to stop askident.

According to Senior Special Assistant to Govo Sanwo-Olu on Transport and Logistics, Hassan Adekoya,  say, di move na based on say gornment dey worry about di increase of road crashes for Lagos.

Di exercise hapun for Lekki on Tuesday, where many commercial drivers come out in large numbers to do di medical check and safety training.

Adekoya say dis ogbonge doings also include drivers training, drug and alcohol test, plus serious sensitisation to make sure say drivers stand fit to drive.
