Di statement come from Senior Special Assistant to Governor on Transport Education and Innovation, Mr. Oluwatobi Idowu. Na so Mr. Olawale Musa tell all riders wey dey work between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. say dem must wear reflective jacket. E also say all delivery motor and bicycle suppose get reflective tape or marker so dem fit dey clearly visible for road. Di statement also advise delivery companies make dem teach their riders well well and make sure say everybody follow di law, or dem go face wahala from enforcement agencies like LASTMA and VIS.
