Di Executive Chairmo of LIRS, Ayodele Subair, yan dis inside notice wey dem send to Human Resources Directors of companies across Lagos, say law require everybody to declare dia income and pay tax.
LIRS warn say anybody wey no file on time fit face penalty or even prosecution because na duty of every citizen to pay tax.
According to di notice, pipo go file dia returns through relevant tax authority as dem take write am under di Naija Tax Administration Act 2025.
