National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) talk say over 35% of Nigerian pikin wey no reach five years old dey suffer malnutrition, and dem call am big health wahala. For X post on Thursday, NARD talk say malnutrition dey cause plenty pikin death, affect how pikin brain dey develop, make dem dey get sickness quick, and reduce how productive di country fit be. Dem talk say dem dey do things like Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF) distribution, community management of acute malnutrition (CMAM), and Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) counselling. Research show say dis kain intervention fit help pikin quick recover and survive. NARD members dey frontline to do and research these programs for Nigeria.
