According to Prosecutor lawyer, Anthony Ihiehie, di two of dem join hand for di January 28 protest for Alausa and House of Assembly area wey cause wahala, block road, threaten pipo and sing abusive songs against gornment and police.
Both of dem say dem nor dey guilty as dem appear for court.
Small drama hapun when lawyer Femi Falana, SAN, enter di case, as prosecutor argue say SAN no suppose appear for magistrate court, but Falana fire back say law and constitution permit am to do so.
