Lagos State Government don give all developers and people wey dey inside unapproved buildings for Trade Fair Complex, Ojo, two weeks to make dem regularise dia buildings with Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development. Di announcement come from one statement wey Dr. Oluyinka Olumide, Honourable Commissioner for Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development, drop on Thursday, 9 October 2025. Dis one na follow enforcement wey Ministry do recently, wey include demolishing some illegal buildings and find out say many no get proper approval. Dem talk say Trade Fair Complex don overcrowded with unsafe and scatter buildings wey fit cause gbege for public safety and emergency waka, so na why dem do the demolitions. Dem also clear say government no dey do dis one based on any tribe because dem don do same enforcement for many markets and estates for Lagos, no matter who dey there.

Dem mention markets like Pelewura, Bombata, Oluwole and areas like Alaba Rago and Otumara wey get different tribes, say all of dem dey involved, and dem also talk say states for the East dem self dey demolish illegal buildings for better urban planning without tribal wahala.
