Woman Don Arraign For Enugu For Falsely Accuse Husband Say E Dey Defile Dia Daughters

Di Enugu State Police Command don arraign 29-year-old mother of two, Chisom Okonkwo, for allegedly dey falsely accuse her husband, Okonkwo Ozioma, say e defile dia two daughters. Di case follow one viral post wey Chisom put for social media on November 5, wey she claim her husband sexually assault dia children and threaten to kill her if she talk di matter. Mr Ozioma deny di allegation and ask for lawyer before e talk to police. According to court papers, di charges against Chisom include defamation of character and giving false information to police. Di first charge talk say, for August 2024, Chisom shout publicly say her husband defile dia daughters for Adoration Junction, Emene, Enugu, weh expose am to hate, ridicule and spoil him reputation, wey na offence under Section 323 & punishable under Section 325 of Enugu Criminal Code. Di second charge talk say, on October 27, 2025, Chisom give false information to SID Enugu, say her husband defile dia daughters, weh lead to him arrest and detention, knowing say di claim no true, an offence under Section 154(1)(a)&(b).
