Di warning touch communities like Isheri, Warewa, Akute, parts of Abeokuta, Ayetoro, Itele, Iju, and even those wey dey around di coastline of Makun, Oni, Iwopin, Igele, Ifaara (Ogun Waterside), Ebute-Imobi (Ijebu East), Tungeji Island, and Agosasa for Ipokia Local Government Area (LGA). Dis serious warning na because of wetin dem expect say go happen, heavy rainfall, river wey go overflow, plus sea water go rise join wahala. E go affect plenty communities as water from north side of Nigeria and even countries like Benin Republic go begin flow enter Ogun and Lagos State side wey dey downstream. Wetin go make matter worse be say, Ogun River own case fit even red pass because dem fit release water from Oyan Dam anytime soon. E also beg di people wey dey those communities make dem no use their boreholes and well water during dis time, because di water fit get gbege as e fit contaminate from di flooding and tidal wahala wey dey come. Di commissioner call on fish farmers wey dey farm for flood plains of rivers and streams across di state make dem harvest their fish quick-quick before flood go carry everything waka. He also tell fish farmers for places like Eriwe, Yemule, both for Ijebu Ode, Ilase, and Ayegbami for Yewa, make dem no waste time but follow the advice sharp-sharp.
