Mujeeb talk say teachers still dey suffer with overcrowded classes, no modern tools, and high cost of living wey make their small salary no too count. E add say the emotional wahala teachers face no one dey recognize. He yan say one big gbege be say no proper platform for teachers to join hand and learn from each other. Heavy workload no gree make teachers collaborate or get mentorship, and government no dey see teachers as partners to fix education policy.
