Security operatives for Yagba West Local Government Area, Kogi State, don catch two men wey dem accuse say dem dey supply food and logistics to bandits wey dey hide for forest. Di suspects na Abayo David and David Bori from Itedo-Ijowa, Isanlu inside Yagba East LGA. Dem nab dem early morning around 4:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, during patrol by Yagba West Hunters and Vigilante Group.

Dem find plenty items wey dem believe say na for bandit gangs wey dey operate for forest. Adeyemi Babarinde Sunday, Chief Press Secretary for Yagba West Local Government Council, confirm di arrest say na because local government don issue order wey forbid selling and carrying goods to criminals. Investigation show say other accomplices run comot and security still dey track dem. Di statement talk say last week one okada rider wey dey work for bandits die while e try deliver similar things.
