Lagos State Exams Board Don Announce 2025 Trade Test For Artisans And Technicians

Lagos State Examinations Board, wey dey under Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, don announce say dem go run di 2025 Trade Test for artisans and technicians wey dey across di state. According to di board, di Theory paper go hold on 18th October, 2025, while di Practical Test go follow on 21st October, 2025. Director/Registrar of di board, Mr. Orunsolu Adebayo, talk say di exam go test how well artisans and technicians sabi their work, to help promote technical excellence and give dem professional certificate. He talk say di Trade Test na important tool to boost productivity, job chances, and economic development for Lagos.
Mr. Orunsolu yarn say dem go test candidates for different work like tailoring, electrical installation, carpentry and joinery, hairdressing, barbing, catering, shoemaking and others. Di test go run for three levels – Grade III, II and I – to fit people wey get different levels of skill. Centres wey dem go use include Government Technical College, Ikotun, Government Technical College, Epe, Skill Acquisition Centre, Egbeda, and Lagos State Examinations Board. He advise all eligible artisans and technicians to prepare well and grab this opportunity to get formal certificate for their skill. He still assure say Lagos State Government go continue to support vocational and technical education as key for development and youth empowerment.
