Di budget wey dem call “budget of economic breakthrough” show say #238 billion go dey for recurrent expenditure while #1.2 trillion go dey for capital projects.
Uzodimma talk say 83.4% of di budget na capital expenditure, and 16.6% na recurrent expenditure.
