Lagos Internal Revenue Service Drag Lagos Employers for Tax Returns

Lagos State Internal Revenue Service, LIRS, don dey drop  reminder again, dat make  all employers for Lagos ensure say, by January 31, 2026 make dem submit  dia tax returns for 2025 financial year.

For statement wey office release, LIRS Chairmo, Dr Ayodele Subair, tuk say, di order, dey under Nigeria Tax Administration Act 2025, and employers must declare all workers’ pay and pay correct tax.

Oga Ayodele warn say any company wey no comply go face penalties under di law, as tax filing no be choice but compulsory.
