One truck driver, Peter Francis, dey hospital dey fight to save im leg afta police shoot am over ₦500 bribe for checkpoint along Ketu-Epe-Ikorodu Road for Lagos.

Im lawyer, Olatunji Ajayi, talk say Francis obey di police when dem stop am, but e tell di officer say e no get cash again because e don use im last money buy food.

Lagos State Police PRO, Abimbola Adebisi, don confirm di shooting but she talk say wetin really happen different from wetin di driver dey yarn.

She add say dem don already lock up di officers wey involve inside cell to clear di matta, and she go give more updates on Monday.
