One human rights group, DAWN, and Taxpayers Alliance Against Genocide don sue President Donald Trump administration over sanctions wey dem place on International Criminal Court (ICC).
Dem say the sanctions dey stop Americans from supporting human rights work and talking freely about Palestine matters before the international court.
Di case still argue say the sanctions break U.S. law because the president no get power to use sanctions stop people from sharing information or personal communication.
Trump administration bin impose the sanctions after ICC issue arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defence Minister Yoav Gallant.
