Justice Adebukola Banjoko, wey read di lead judgment, tok say di Youth Party (YP) no get di legal right (locus standi) to file di case against INEC.

According to di judge, di party no fit show how di INEC guidelines affect dem or dia members, especially as e concern dia primary election and di nomination of candidates for di 2027 general election.
