According to statement from di state gornment, Lagos State Office for Disability Affairs, LASODA, and Lagos State Motor Vehicle Administration Agency, MVAA, na dem dey work together to bring di plan to life.

Di idea come after LASODA management visit MVAA, where both agencies discuss how dem go create and implement vehicle identification system wey go favour people wey get disability.
