Police investigation reveal say death threat message wey Benin City resident, Odion Akagbosu, receive recently come from one inmate inside Oko Correctional Centre instead of kidnappers outside prison, exposing alleged criminal activities from inside correctional facilities.
Investigators say inmates for correctional centres like Kirikiri in Lagos, Kuje in Abuja and Warri in Delta allegedly dey coordinate internet fraud, extortion, fake bank alerts, robbery and kidnapping while still in custody.
