Human rights lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN), don give di Attorney General of di Federation, Lateef Fagbemi (SAN), 14 days to go drag $120.5 billion and N66.4 billion wey NNPCL, international oil companies, and others allegedly owe di Naija.

Inside letter wey im write on June 2, 2026 for di group ASCAB, Falana say dis money na normal royaltu, crude oil theft, profit, taxes, and money wey dem spend to repair refineries wey nor work later.

He con sti warn di Attorney General say to help naija collect dis money, im go carry di mata go court.

Falana break di gist down say di biggest part of di debt na $62 billion wey international oil companies dey owe because Federal Government fail to implement di deep offshore contract law for 18 years.
