Lagos State Gornment don warn pipo say contaminated palm oil dey enter markets across di state, as LASCOPA urge consumers make dem dey careful.

Dr Nurah Oseni from Auchi Polytechnic explain for Lagos State Food Safety Conference say some sellers dey use harmful dyes, recycled cooking oil and other adulterants to change di colour and quality of palm oil.

Oseni advise consumers say make dem no depend only on colour to judge palm oil, as she call for stronger monitoring and better ways to detect adulteration.
