Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, talk on Tuesday say him government no go tire to protect women rights, as dem dey serious to break all barrier, remove discrimination, and create better environment wey go make women fit succeed. For the Micro Enterprise Support Initiative (MESI) event wey artisans receive working tools, Sanwo-Olu talk say government go continue to strengthen policies, laws, and institutions wey go guarantee safety, dignity, and equal chance for all women for Lagos State. Sanwo-Olu talk say e dey very happy to join the MESI event and say the initiative no be just program but na sign of how government dey committed to create chance for women to grow and protect their rights. E add say as governor, one of him main passion be to empower women because when you empower woman, you dey empower family, community, and whole society. Women na foundation for homes, small business drivers, and dem dey raise future generations.

The MESI program na to help women-owned business, give capital and resources, and open road for women to get financial freedom. “Today’s beneficiaries no just dey receive support; dem dey receive renewed hope and better opportunity to take contribute well to our State economic growth. Some months back, for April this year, I get the privilege to attend another MESI empowerment program wey happen for this same place. That gathering, just like today own, show our strong commitment to continue this good work of lifting our women through enterprise support.
