Police Catch Suspected Student Cultists With Human Skull and Gun for Akwa Ibom

The statement talk say: “On August 28, 2025, operatives of the command arrest seven suspects wey join for cult wahala, armed robbery, and wey hold human skull and gun wey no be their own. This arrest na after report wey dem receive on August 25, 2025, from one student of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, wey talk say cult members ambush am for road with dangerous weapons. The victim wey don reject the cult say na him former cult people attack am and leave am almost die with serious injury.” Dem even carry im Redmi 13C Android phone and ₦41,000 cash. Na from there police launch operation wey lead to arrest of seven suspects. During search for where dem dey hide, police recover one locally made short gun, seven live cartridges, one fresh human skull, one bottle wey get something like black oil, and another bottle wey dem say na Guyanese oil, wey dem believe say na for ritual purpose. Investigation still dey go on and police dey find other gang members wey still dey hide. Police say dem go update public as things unfold.
