Vice Presido, Kashim Shettima don tok say di Nigerian Education Loan Fund, NELFUND, as landmark programme wey don give poor families better financial relief and remove money wahala wey dey stop students from going higher school.

Di Vice Presido tok dis one on Wednesday for statement wey Senior Special Assistant to di President on Media and Communications, Stanley Nkwocha, release, after Shettima receive University of Abuja management team led by Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Hakeem Fawehinmi.

Shettima say di fund wey Presido,  Bola Tinubu administration set up don become important way to hellep poor pipu, reduce poverty and push education forward for Nigeria.

According to am, NELFUND don make sure say poverty no longer be reason why students from poor homes no fit enter tertiary institution, as di scheme dey pay school fees and also give students monthly upkeep money.
