According to Taofiq, di tanker crash burst into fire, trap di driver and one adult woman inside, and both of dem die on di spot.

Taofiq add say LASTMA officials quickly secure di area and call Lagos fire service, FRSC, and Ijanikin police division to respond and avoid anoda accident
