According to wetin dem talk, dem arrest di woman on October 2, 2025, for ECOWAS border post, Seme, Lagos, with 50 packets of Tramadol wey weigh 4.6kg and worth about ₦400,000. NDLEA lawyer, Mr. Chibuzor Ohanyere, talk say make di court read di charge give her, and after she plead guilty, e come present all di evidence wey show say she really commit di crime.

After Justice Kala find her guilty, di woman lawyer, Mrs. Vivian Ekwegh, beg di court make dem pity her, say na first time she dey do dis kind thing and she don show say she sorry. She even talk say her client no know say Tramadol different from Paracetamol. For di judgment, Justice Kala come order say Halima go serve one year for prison or pay ₦500,000 fine, and still do 30 days community service join am.
