2027: I Go Stop Rigging, Vote-Buying, Amupitan Vow

Di ceremony wey happen for di commission headquarters mark Tella redeployment to Oyo as part of INEC effort to strengthen electoral administration across Nigeria. Amupitan describe di event as “solemn occasion; occasion of call to duty” and emphasise say Tella dey at forefront of Nigeria democratic journey for di state.

E warn Tella against compromising INEC procedures or values, say “any compromise no go dey tolerated. You must follow transparency, adhere strictly to every guideline and procedure in di Commission and Electoral Act. Any misconduct, by omission or commission, no go dey accepted.” E urge Tella to give voters confidence say dia vote really matter. Amupitan repeat say dem dey resolved to fight election rigging and vote-buying. Tella respond, promise to align his work with di commission vision and thank Amupitan for him guidance.
