Di National Universities Commission (NUC) don approve four new full-time undergraduate programmes for Lagos State University (LASU) under di Faculty of Computing and Information Technology. She talk say di new approval go make LASU position stronger as one of di leaders for technology-driven education. Di approval, wey dem send for letter dated November 3 and signed by Acting Director of Academic Planning, Mr. Abubakar Girei on behalf of di Executive Secretary of NUC, follow di recent rigorous resource verification visit wey panels of experts do to check di human and material resources for di proposed programmes. Di four programmes dem approve go start for di 2025/2026 academic session and dem be B.Sc Cyber Security, B.Sc Software Engineering, B.Sc Information and Communication Technology and B.Sc Data Science.
