Kwara Shut Schools For Four LGAs Because Of Insecurity

Di Kwara State Government on Wednesday order make all schools for four local government areas, Isin, Irepodun, Ifelodun and Ekiti, shut down because of di rising insecurity wey dey shake communities for Kwara South. According to wetin di Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT), Kwara State wing talk, dem issue di shutdown based on direct instruction from di Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development after government raise fresh concern say new security threat dey spread for di area. NUT Chairman, Yusuf Agboola, tell all school heads make dem close shop immediately until further notice and take di warning serious as e come straight from di ministry.

Agboola assure school heads and teachers say dem go get more information as di situation dey unfold. E explain say di government’s decision na part of efforts to control di security wahala wey dey ravage di area, and na why dem say urgent action dey needed.
