Justice Emeka Nwite of Federal High Court for Abuja don grant former Attorney General, Abubakar Malami, bail of ₦500 million with two sureties.
Di make di judgement on Wednesday say di sureties must get landed property for Asokoro, Maitama or Gwarinpa, and dem go submit dia travel documents to di court.
Court also order make Malami drop im international passport and no comot Nigeria without court permission.
Both Malami and im sureties must submit recent passport photographs, while court officials go verify di property papers.
