EFCC Seek Court Order To Take 57 Malami Properties

Di Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) don tell Federal High Court for Abuja say dem wan court to take over di 57  properties wey get connection with former Attorney General, Abubakar Malami.

EFCC, through dia lawyers Jibrin Okutepa (SAN) and Ekele Iheanacho (SAN), tuk say, pipo wey dey defend Malami never show good reason to cancel di earlier interim forfeiture order.

Di mata involve Malami, Hajia Bashir Asabe, Abiru’ Rahman Abubakar Malami, plus some companies wey get link to di properties.

EFCC tuk say, di believe be say, all di properties na from illegal activities.
