Nigeria top court don nullify the national convention wey Pipos Democratic Party hold for Ibadan on November 15 and 16, 2025.

Say with dis judgment Tanimu Turaki branch otilor, saying dat di Supreme Court tok say dia appeal no get merit.

For di split decision, three justices agree say di group break court order wey Federal High Court give before di convention.

Justice Stephen Adah come talk say di appeal and cross-appeals go nowhere, so di court dismiss dem and tell everybody make dem carry dia own cost.
