FCCPC Seal Property Company Office Over Land Wahala

FCCPC don seal the office of one real estate company over allegation say the company fail to give customers land plots for Lagos despite full payment and several warnings from the commission.

Southwest Zonal Coordinator of FCCPC, Dr. Olubunmi Otti, lead the enforcement team with security officers to carry out the action, saying the operation follow powers wey the law give the commission.

According to Otti, FCCPC begin investigate the real estate company after one consumer file petition for February 2025, accusing the firm of failing to allocate 20 fully paid plots of land.

The commission talk say the office sealing become necessary because the company allegedly ignore repeated directives and compliance notices meant to protect consumers and enforce their rights.
