Di matter dey surprise many people because for September 2025, Anambra Information Commissioner, Dr Law Mefor, tok say gornment never decide whether to build airport or railway for di Anambra Mixed-Use Industrial City.
But for June 2026, Mefor come announce say di state don decide to build di second airport to bring more business, jobs and investment come Anambra.
Di decision don divide opinion, as some people support di plan for future growth while others say gornment suppose solve more important problems before starting another airport.
