Chief Magistrate Court No. 1 for Gombe, wey Chief Magistrate Musa-Saleh Kilawa dey stay, don grant bail to one 55-year-old woman, Antine Amadu, wey dey face allegation say she receive stolen property.
Amadu, wey dey stay for Dawaki Quarters, Gombe, show for court over allegation say she dishonestly collect one gallon of Turkey oil wey worth N60,000.
Prosecution tell di court say di incident happen around 1am on August 27, 2026, wen di woman allegedly collect di item from one Ibrahim Hassan of Aniya Quarters, Gombe.
According to prosecution, di Turkey oil allegedly belong to Haruna Magaji of Ajiya Quarters, Gombe, and dem say person steal am before e reach di defendant.
Di court later grant Amadu bail as di case continue.
