PDP don deny say di party authorise or sponsor di petition wey dey challenge di August 15 Osun gofnorship election result, as party spokesperson Mohammed tok dis.

Mohammed say di party don publish disclaimer for major national newspapers and identify lawyer Ochai Jacob Otokpa as di person wey purportedly file di petition in PDP name without dia approval.

E challenge di lawyer to show any written instruction or mandate wey give am power to act for PDP, asking who authorise am and who send am to institute di case.

Di party spokesperson add say PDP candidate for di election don already disown di petition on television on September 7, saying e never engage any lawyer to challenge di election result.
