For interview with DCL Hausa, Matawalle explain say Wike don already contact di Chief of Defence Staff, General Olufemi Oluyede, and di Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Idi Abbas, and dem advise am to allow military investigate before taking action. Matawalle call di confrontation unnecessary, stressing say Yerima only dey obey instructions and even show professional conduct throughout di encounter. He add say Wike for simply address him concerns through di officer’s superiors instead of exchanging words for public.
