Federal Gornment don announce say 60 per cent of active electricity customer for Nigeria don get meter as gornment dey work to end estimated bill.
Government say 668,000 meter don already dey installed out of di 1.033 million meters delivered under di World Bank-backed programme.
Di initiative, wey include Presidential Meter Initiative, dey target di electricity metering gap and stop arbitrary estimated bill for registered customer.
