Institute of Disaster Management and Migration Studies (IDM & MS) don receive boost as stakeholders show support yesterday. Di institute wey Lagos State Emergency Management Authority (LASEMA) help birth, get support from different bodies including International Organisation for Migration (IOM). For Stakeholders’ Consultative Meeting on di  Establishment of IDM & MS, dem hail di initiative and promise say dem go support di institute for different ways, like helping draw curriculum for dia courses and other areas.

Oke-Osanyintolu add say IDM & MS dey needed to professionalise disaster management, make am no be like something wey people dey improvise, but something wey people dey well-trained and ready for.
